If you want to get to know a person more, look at his or her face. Study the way the person reacts, the facial contortions, the emotions visible on his face. A slight smile signifies a lot. Raising of an eyebrow can mean amusement or disbelief. An intense gaze is unnerving.
A person’s face is interesting. It is the window to anybody’s soul – everybody can see your face and they may not know what you are thinking, but your facial expressions say a lot – even a blank one. To look at one’s face and acknowledge the emotion or the look it gives is one form of non verbal communication. A person’s face is always interesting. It changes. It shows, it hides. It always tells a story.
